This website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) belongs to the company under the name “FLEXOPACK SA” (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), which maintains and offers for use the content and services of the Website in accordance with the following terms and conditions of use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms” or “Terms of Use”).

Every visitor / user of the Site should read these Terms carefully before visiting and using the Site in any way, and in the event of any disagreement he/she should refrain from any further use whatsoever.

Use of the Site implies the full, explicit and unconditional acceptance by the visitor / user of these Terms, which apply to the entire content of the Site.

These Terms of Use may be renewed, supplemented, updated and / or modified by the Company, in whole or partially, whenever it is considered as necessary. In order to inform the visitor / user more thoroughly, the user is also required to check for any modifications and / or additions.

The continuance of use of the Website after any modification or completion or updating of the Terms of Use, indicates again acceptance by the user of the revised Terms, and in case of non-acceptance, the user must abstain from any use of the Website.

The Company is the owner of the Site and all of its contents.

The Company has full and complete copyright, which includes, amongst other rights, the exclusive right to use and exploit both the Website under Law 2121/1993 on the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights, as applicable, as from the time of its creation, and any other application or work that may be considered to be directly or indirectly linked to the Website, with the exception of explicitly acknowledged third party rights.

All logos, database rights, trademarks, and other industrial property rights of this Website, the structure and its design are owned exclusively by the Company, unless otherwise stated.

Printing, copying for personal non-commercial use and uploading to the computer of the contents of the Website are permitted, but it is expressly prohibited to reproduce, republish, copy, store, sell, transmit, distribute, publish, perform, translate, modify in any way, partially or in summary, without the previous expressed written consent of the Company.

Any person wishing to integrate in his/her website any part/content of the Website, is required to obtain prior written consent of the Company, which reserves the right to revoke this consent – authorization at all times.

It is also forbidden for the user to use any software, formula or device to intervene or attempt to intervene electronically or manually in the organization or functionality of the Website, destroy, alter or otherwise interfere in the final form of this Website or its code, gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any of the Company’s networks.

In the event that the Company finds any use by a visitor/user to be in breach of the above, then the user, regardless of any other sanctions, is obliged to cease immediately the use of the Website.

The Company does not in any way guarantee the uninterrupted and error-free offering of the services and content of the Website, nor the absence of viruses, even if it is its website or any other site or server through which its content is received by the user.

The user is solely responsible for the correct and lawful use of the Website and must carry out all necessary checks. The Company is not responsible, either directly or indirectly, for any legal, civil or criminal claims, nor for any (potential or consequential) damage to the user/visitor of this Website in any way, including negligence.

Considering the Internet structure, the Company makes every effort for the good function of the network, although it does not guarantee that its server operations will be uninterrupted or free from errors, viruses, malicious software or other similar features.

The Site may provide direct access to other websites and/or e-mail addresses. A hyperlink to other sites will then only be provided for the convenience of the Website users and in no way creates any form of commitment by the Company.
The Company does not necessarily accept or provide any warranty regarding their content or services and does not accept any liability that a visitor / user may invoke from accessing these websites or from the collection of personal data made by these sites and does not, of course, guarantee their availability.

Any problems that may arise during the visit/use of these websites rest solely in the sphere of liability of the respective websites, to which the visitors/users should address.

This Site collects personal data when the visitor/user uses and visits the Website, where the Company collects information about his/her IP addresses. This is how its Internet Service Provider (ISP) is recognized and visiting statistics are extracted.
Also, the Company collects the user’s personal data when he/she completes and submits the contact form or when he communicates with it through the e-mail addresses specifically mentioned on the Website.

During the submission of the contact form from the visitor/user of the Website, he/she provides information that includes his/her name, surname, country, telephone and e-mail address.

The Website does not typically collect financial information of its users. Also, the Website does not collect special categories of personal data (“sensitive personal data”), since it does not require the disclosure of information on racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, criminal background or user’s participation in trade unions, etc.

The Website uses the personal data it collects, as described above, for the selection of the content it will offer and / or to handle the visitors/users’ communication requests as outlined above.

The Website may use cookies to provide the best use and browsing experience. Cookies are encrypted text sequences, small text files that the Website places on the visitor/user’s computer and do not acquire any document or file from his/her computer nor do they contribute to the visitor/user’s recognition.
