On 20 July 2007, Flexopack acquired 75% of the Polish company FESCOPACK Sp. z.o.o.

FESCOPACK is located in Malbork of Poland, in the region of Gdansk, and owns buildings and land. The location is ideal in terms of geography and apart from quick service of the Polish market, allows direct access and service to all neighboring markets (Russia, Ukraine, and Germany) which are of particular interest because of their development for Flexopack.

Fescopack is engaged in the production and sale of high barrier shrink bags and in the marketing of flexible packaging materials.

In 2013, «FESCOPACK Sp. Zoo » increased its share capital at the amount of PLN 14,700,000 (approximately EUR 3.5 million), which was fully covered by FLEXOPACK which now participates in the share capital of the subsidiary company with the percentage 97.86 %. Following this, it is in full progress investment program, aimed at expanding production facilities, with new buildings on existing land and by addition of new production equipment.


Flexopack proceeded on 12.05.2010 in establishing the Company «FLEXOSYSTEMS Ltd Belgrade», based in Belgrade, Serbia, with the objective of distribution, promotion and marketing of all products manufactured and marketed by the Group FLEXOPACK, the growing Serbian market.

This action is part of the company’s strategy to further expand its global distribution network of products.

The initial share capital of the new above Company in which the Company holds 100 % amounts to 70,000 Euro.

The Company’s management believes that the establishment of «FLEXOSYSTEMS Ltd Belgrade» fully serves its strategic planning for the selective strengthening of distribution network and expand its operations in the geographic markets where it already operates. Through the new company is expected to further increase the globalized nature of the Group and will also create a strategic benchmark and promote the Company’s products in the Balkan region.



It is a leading domestic supplier in injection-molded packaging for the food industry.

The company has two main activities:

  • Trays, bowls, jars and caps are offered to the ice cream, coffee and confectionery industry, in a variety of types and sizes with in-mould labeling capability.
  • Bag-in-box, of various sizes, aseptic and non-aseptic for dairy products, wine and juices.

In-house mould-making offers great flexibility and quick response to the customers.

The company is located in Athens, Greece.


It is an export-oriented flexible packaging converter specialized in rotogravure printing (up to 8 colors) and lamination(solvent less and solvent-based) mostly for the food industry.

Applications are, mainly, for snacks and confectionery, processed meat and cheese, and bakery products. Wide range of barrier and high barrier films (EVOH/PVDC) is available to service industries of perishable products.

Non-food applications include tobacco and hygiene products.

It is located in Koropi-Attiki, a short distance from Athens and Piraeus, the main Greek port.
